Job Description:
A Client Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Business Development team with executing events, working closely with hotels to ensure a favorable experience with teams and guests.
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Business Development team with clients and event needs
- Assisting with RFP process
- Ensuring events are built with accuracy
- Interact with teams/guests to assist with booking process
- Builds strong relationships with hotel sales teams
- Problem Solve potential event issues
- Interact with client’s team to organize and execute plans that ensure mutual profit
- Managing hotel blocks for forecast meetings
- Compile ongoing non-Pellucid events from Outbound trips for leads
- Invoicing at completion of events for accuracy in billing
- Organization of pre and post event, client emails
- Providing & executing ideas and process enhancements that will improve operations for staff and clients
- Lead-mining for potential leads in existing data or clients and/or upsell opportunities
- Utilizing Hubspot to organize information of clients, leads, accounts and more.
